We are literally 3 days from the early signing period (December 3rd through December 5th). Things might start happening fast and furious.

So far, 2 Ole Miss recruits have decommitted since Lane Kiffen announced he is leaving for LSU:
  • 4-star WR Corey Barber
  • 3-star Safety Trae Collins
Additionally, 4-star WR Brayden Allen (who is from Lafayette, LA) has decommitted from Oklahoma and LSU is expected to be in the mix for his signature this week.

One to watch is 4-star OT Emanuel Tucker, who was committed to LSU but decommitted in early September and subsequently committed to Ole Miss. He's from New Albany, MS - slightly Northwest of Tupelo.

With Kiffen coming to LSU, will he reconsider the Tigers?

Tuesday has also seen longtime four-star wide receiver Kenny Darby and three-star interior offensive lineman Jalan Chapman decommit from the Tigers. Three-star WR Kervin Johnson Jr. has also flipped from LSU to Ole Miss.

I'm guessing they are making room for the 4 star WRs from Oklahoma and Ole Miss that both decommitted when Kiffen was hired here:
  • Corey Barber: Pinson (Ala.) Clay-Chalkville four-star, ex-Ole Miss commit
  • Brayden Allen: Lafayette (La.) four-star wide receiver, ex-Oklahoma commit

Sounds like the wildest first day of early signing in memory. Sounds like we are going to lose some and gain some. Of those de-committing, I wonder if they are trying to see if they can get a better NIL deal, from LSU or elsewhere?

Who's decommiting? People said Martinez was flipping. Sent his fax in nice and early, no drama.

If anyone decommits, is because they got replaced.

I'm not even sure there will be delays, but we'll see
 
For those wondering if he's signing today, I don't think this is the Karr school uniform...
