I like the resume. He's got a lot of "recruiting coordinator", that's good. He has a lot of variety on offensive positions. He has good OC experience and a little lite on head coach experience, but if you go for a young guy, he will be lite in come areas.Did a quick search on him. He was born in Moscow, Russia but grew up in Brooklyn when his parents immigrated to the US.
